As March begins, I keep coming back to how every meaningful season of growth truly starts: with Transcend… the first Mountain Awakening pillar.

Before we can empower new possibilities or transform how we live, there’s always a gentler, more honest beginning… a moment of recognizing the stories, beliefs, and expectations we’ve been carrying - sometimes for years - without ever pausing to ask whether they still belong to us.

That’s why Transcend comes first. It’s not about fixing ourselves or starting over. It’s about giving ourselves permission to see clearly again… and to release what quietly weighs on us beneath the surface.

And what better time for that than spring?

Spring never rushes. It softens the ground. It brings light back slowly. It creates space for new growth by tending to what’s been dormant.

This month, we’re doing the same. We’re returning to the beginning… not because we’ve fallen behind, but because this is where real, lasting change always starts: with awareness, compassion, and the courage to let something go.

With warmth,

The Story Behind Transcend

There comes a profound moment on every wellness journey when we realize that what has been holding us back isn’t our schedule, our discipline, or the external demands of our lives. It’s the story we’ve been carrying within us. Not the events themselves, but the beliefs we formed about those events.

Many of these beliefs take root early. They settle quietly beneath our awareness and begin shaping how we see ourselves, how we make decisions, how we show up in relationships, and how we move through the world. Over time, they become so familiar that we mistake them for truth.

The real awakening begins the moment we whisper to ourselves: “I don’t have to keep believing this.”

It’s rarely dramatic. It’s rarely loud. It is a gentle loosening of what once felt immovable. A soft rising above the invisible constraints we didn’t even know we carried.

My journey with Mountain Awakening was born from this very realization. Before the business, before the coaching, before the clarity - there was me, navigating years of self-imposed pressure and beliefs that kept me small: that I needed to be perfect to be worthy, that slowing down meant falling behind, that others’ needs came first, and that effort had to look effortless to matter.

29029 - the endurance hiking event - was a turning point, not because of the physical challenge, but because of what it revealed internally. With every ascent, I met beliefs I had been carrying for decades. With every descent, I learned they were not truths… just stories I had the power to rewrite.

This is where Transcend took shape.

Transcend is the gentle act of rising above the narratives that no longer serve us… not by ignoring our challenges, but by facing them with compassion, honesty, and resilience. It is the first pillar of Mountain Awakening because it is the foundation of every meaningful change that follows. We cannot empower new possibilities or transform our lives until we release the beliefs that keep us anchored in old patterns.

This month, I invite you to walk this path with me… slowly, tenderly, with hope. Because true transcendence begins when we recognize that we are not our stories.

And when we honor that truth, we rediscover the incredible power to rewrite them.

The Hidden Beliefs That Shape Our Everyday Lives

Most self-limiting beliefs don’t arrive with volume or urgency. They slip in quietly, almost politely … woven into our habits, our hesitations, and the moments we second-guess ourselves. They often sound reasonable, responsible, or even caring… which is why they go unnoticed for so long.

But beneath the surface, they influence everything… how we make decisions, how we care for ourselves, how we show up for others, and how much space we allow ourselves to take up in our own lives.

Here are some of the beliefs I see most often in coaching:

“I have to get it perfect, or it’s not worth doing.”
Perfectionism convinces us that small steps don’t count - that effort must look polished to matter.
But real transformation begins with imperfect, courageous attempts.

“If I take care of myself, I’m letting others down.”
People-pleasing often looks like kindness, but inside it’s exhaustion dressed up as responsibility.
It asks you to shrink so others can expand.

“Other people are better at this than I am.”
Comparison pulls you away from your own path.
It obscures your timing, your strengths, and the rhythms that are uniquely yours.

“If I slow down, everything will fall apart.”
All-or-nothing thinking creates urgency where there is none.
It fuels burnout and makes rest feel unsafe — even when it’s exactly what you need.

These beliefs are not flaws. They are signals… gentle indicators of where compassion, healing, and honest reflection are needed most.

Because change doesn’t begin with force. It begins with truth. With noticing what feels heavy, acknowledging what feels misaligned, and choosing - slowly, intentionally - a kinder way forward.

Why Spring Is the Season of Internal Renewal

Spring arrives softly, without insistence or urgency. It doesn’t burst in…it unfolds… in longer stretches of light, in the slow thawing of what’s been dormant, in quiet reminders that renewal is something we nurture, not force.

Nature mirrors the very work we’re being invited into this month:

- You don’t need to rush back all at once.

- Breakthroughs don’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

- Small shifts — easing a limiting belief, recognizing an honest moment — often create the most lasting change.

This season offers a gentle question: Which belief are you ready to release… even just a little?

You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need to know what will replace it. You simply begin by acknowledging what feels true… meeting it with curiosity, patience, and kindness.

As you nurture these early shifts, give yourself room to grow at your own pace. Celebrate each small victory, each softened thought, each moment of awareness. These quiet steps build confidence, clarity, and momentum.

Transcendence isn’t one grand moment… it is a series of gentle ones, each bringing you closer to the renewal you’ve been longing for.

Behind the Scenes — Something Meaningful Is Coming

For the past few months, I’ve been working quietly on something deeply intentional - a resource designed to guide you through the heart of the Mountain Awakening pillars:

Transcend
Release the beliefs that shape your choices.

Empower
Choose your next aligned step - even if it’s small.

Transform
Live differently because you see yourself differently.

This new offering isn’t about perfection, pressure, or reinvention. It’s about the inner shifts that make lasting wellness possible - the kind that help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your direction, and more grounded in the life you truly want to create.

It’s for anyone who feels ready to grow… ready to soften their expectations… ready to move forward in a way that finally feels aligned with who they are becoming.

What I have been creating is meant to meet you exactly where you are - with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance - and help you step into your next season with intention.

More details are coming next week.

Something meaningful is on its way. And genuinely… I cannot wait to share it with you.

Things I’m Loving Lately: A Simple Ritual for Seasonal Wellness

Each month, I’ll be sharing one small, meaningful wellness support that has genuinely made a difference in my own daily routine - simple practices I return to again and again because they help me feel more grounded, nourished, and well.

This month, I want to highlight something that has become a quiet anchor in my own wellness rhythm, especially during seasonal transitions:

Pique Daily Immune — Elderberry Liposomal Vitamin C

I started using this long before I ever considered sharing it. It quickly became one of those rare products that I felt working - not in a dramatic way, but in steady, consistent ways that supported my overall well-being.

Why it’s become a staple in my routine:

  • Reliable immune support that helps me stay well during busy seasons and weather changes

  • A noticeable difference in my hair and skin, thanks to clean, bioavailable ingredients

  • A formula that’s gentle, effective, and thoughtfully made — no additives, no unnecessary fillers

  • And honestly… it’s a daily ritual I actually look forward to. (If you’ve tried liposomal vitamin C before, you know they’re not all created equal.)

This isn’t a “must-have”… it’s simply something I genuinely love and use every day. If you’ve been looking for a supportive, clean addition to your wellness routine, it might be worth exploring.

If you choose to try it, here’s my personal referral link:

Use it only if it aligns with your needs and your season of life — no pressure, truly. I will never share anything that I don’t personally use and deeply believe in.

This Month’s Reflection

Set aside a quiet moment — even just a few breaths — and gently ask yourself:

“What is one belief I’m ready to release… even just a little… this month?”

Write it down. Look at it with honesty, softness, and curiosity.

There is no need to solve it today. No need to rush the process or perfect the answer.

You don’t have to transcend it all at once. You simply begin — with awareness, with compassion, and with the smallest shift forward.

Because every meaningful change starts with one softened belief, one honest moment, one step toward becoming who you’re meant to be.

This season asks us to shift gently:

Softening… not striving
Returning… not performing
Rewriting… not resisting

Spring invites us back to ourselves in the most honest way… slowly, intentionally, and with room to breathe.

I’m deeply grateful to walk this month with you.
