My Journey Begins

For over three decades, I thrived in the corporate world - driven by achievement, growth, and the pursuit of success. Yet along the way, I realized that I had lost touch with the parts of myself that once felt alive - the parts that sought meaning, balance, and genuine fulfillment.

Eventually, professional success was no longer enough. I wanted something more - something that aligned with my passion for wellness, growth, and helping others rediscover their own strength. That realization became the first step in my journey of transformation - one that continues to evolve every day.

For more than three decades, I worked in leadership roles within a Fortune 100 company, supporting large-scale initiatives involving training, operational change, project management, safety, and organizational transformation.

Throughout my career, I learned that successful change is rarely about information alone. Whether leading a major initiative, supporting a team through uncertainty, or helping individuals adapt to new ways of working, lasting change requires something deeper.

People needed clarity. They needed support. They needed someone who could listen, understand their unique circumstances, and help them take meaningful steps forward.

The Leadership Years

Over time, I realized those same principles apply to personal wellness.

The challenges may look different, but the process is often the same. People reach a point where what has worked in the past no longer works. Life changes. Responsibilities shift. Energy changes. Priorities evolve.

Today, my coaching approach is shaped by both my professional leadership experience and my personal wellness journey. I believe sustainable change happens when we combine practical action with self-awareness, compassion, and a plan that fits real life.

The Climb That Changed Everything

Taking the Leap

In 2022, I undertook a remarkable challenge to ascend the vertical height of Mount Everest - 29,029 feet - in a single weekend. Although initial feelings of apprehension and uncertainty arose, I recognized that this journey was more than a test of physical endurance; it was a powerful demonstration of mental resilience, unwavering conviction, and steadfast perseverance. This experience solidified my belief that true strength extends beyond comfort zones, fueling continuous growth and inspiring unwavering determination.

Facing Self-Doubt on the Mountain

As I advanced further, doubt tried to undermine my resolve. Each step felt increasingly challenging, and an internal voice questioned my ability: “You can’t do this.” However, with perseverance and determination, I realized that these moments of adversity are the very opportunities for growth and transformation.

Climbing the mountain has been a profound journey of personal growth and resilience. It has taught me to trust the process, embrace discomfort as a catalyst for change, and to celebrate every milestone - regardless of perfection. Reaching the summit was more than a physical achievement; it was a revelation of my inner strength and potential. This experience has reinforced the importance of perseverance, mindset, and the courage to push beyond limits. The lessons learned from this journey extend beyond the mountains and into all areas of life, inspiring continuous growth and resilience in pursuit of our highest aspirations.

Why Mountain Awakening

The mountains have always called to me. There is something sacred about stepping onto a trail - the quiet clarity that rises with each step, the way the world opens up the higher you climb, and the deep stillness that settles over your mind, heart, and spirit.

Whenever I’m in the mountains, I feel a sense of truth. Perspective sharpens. Noise fades. What matters becomes clear again.

So when I stepped into my calling as a wellness coach, I knew the mountains needed to be at the center of everything I built. They reflect the journey we all take - the courage to begin, the challenges along the path, and the transformation that unfolds as we rise toward our own summit.

Because the climb is the awakening.

It mirrors what happened in my own life: the way the mountains woke me up, showed me what I was capable of, and revealed lessons I never expected - about where I’ve been, who I am now, and who I’m becoming.

Mountain Awakening is more than a name. It’s a reminder that growth happens one intentional step at a time. That clarity increases as we rise. And that the journey shapes us just as much as the summit itself.

Awakening a New Path

This amazing experience sparked a deep passion in me - a strong commitment to empowering and helping others. My goal is to be a supportive guiding light, helping people go beyond quick fixes to find real physical, mental, and emotional growth. I believe in genuine transformation and hope to encourage a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and inner strength. Together, we can create a life filled with purpose, balance, and true happiness.

As a passionate Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist, I’m excited to continue growing and learning - currently working towards my certification as a Personal Trainer. I love helping clients discover how evidence-based coaching, combined with mindfulness and lively movement, can make a real difference. My goal is to inspire you to believe in yourself, build healthy habits that last, and achieve meaningful, lasting transformation that boosts your confidence and happiness.

A NASM Weight Loss Specialist helps clients achieve healthy, lasting results through personalized fitness and nutrition strategies, emphasizing mindset, motivation, and behavior change for long-term success.

A NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach designs customized programs to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance—helping clients move with confidence, balance, and ease.

I believe learning never stops. I regularly pursue continuing education in areas such as weight-loss medications, sustainable behavior change, nutrition, movement, and wellness during life’s transitions.
