  • A Discovery Call is a brief, introductory conversation where we explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

    Focused Wellness Sessions are different.

    They are full, one-on-one sessions designed to give you meaningful support right away—whether you’re looking for clarity, guidance, or a place to begin.

    If you’re looking for a thoughtful starting point, the Trailhead Session is often where many clients begin.

  • No. Focused Wellness Sessions are part of wellness coaching and are not a substitute for therapy or medical care.

    They are designed to support your overall well-being through conversation, reflection, and practical, sustainable guidance.

  • Yes.

    Focused Wellness Sessions are designed to stand on their own. There’s no requirement to commit to ongoing coaching.

    Some clients use them as a starting point. Others return to them as needed for support, clarity, or a reset.

  • After your session, you’ll receive a thoughtful follow-up email that includes key insights, reflections, and supportive next steps.

    If you choose to continue working together, we can explore what that might look like—but there is no expectation or pressure to do so.

  • If you decide to continue into a coaching journey, your session can be applied toward your program within a defined time frame.

    This allows you to begin with a single step and build from there, if and when it feels right.

  • If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re not alone.

    Many clients start with the Trailhead Session—a space designed to help you gain clarity, reflect on where you are, and explore what support might look like moving forward.

    If you’d prefer, you’re always welcome to reach out, and we can talk through what feels like the best fit for you.

  • Sessions are scheduled personally to ensure a thoughtful and supportive experience.

    After booking, you’ll receive a follow-up message to coordinate a time that works best for you.

    You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Even a single conversation can offer clarity and help you reconnect with what you need.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Learn what to expect inside the coaching relationship — from communication and accountability to how we collaborate to support your goals.

  • All coaching sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom, allowing you to join from wherever you feel most comfortable.

    Many clients find that being in their own space creates a more relaxed and supportive environment for reflection and conversation.

    There is no need to attend in person—just a quiet space where you can be present.

  • That’s completely natural.

    Each coaching journey is thoughtfully designed to support you at different stages:

    • Transcend (4 weeks): A starting point if you’re feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or looking to build early confidence and momentum

    • Empower (12 weeks): Ideal for strengthening habits, building consistency, and creating supportive structure in your daily life

    • Transform (6 months): Designed for deeper, long-term change across multiple areas of your well-being

    If you’re not sure which direction feels right, that’s completely okay—you have a couple of options.

    Some clients begin with a Trailhead Session—a single session to gain clarity and explore what support might look like.

    Others prefer to start with a complimentary Discovery Call to talk things through together.

    Either way, we’ll meet you where you are and take it one step at a time.

Payment, Scheduling & What to Expect

Find clear answers about payments, scheduling, cancellations, and policies so you can move forward with confidence and ease.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

    For longer journeys such as Empower and Transform, you may choose to pay in full or select a monthly payment plan.

    If you choose to pay in full, a small thank-you discount is applied.

    Because coaching involves thoughtful preparation, personalized support, and dedicated time, all sales are final. Full details can be found in the Terms of Service.

  • Yes.

    Payment plans are available for the 12-week Empower journey and the 6-month Transform journey, allowing you to spread payments over time through automatic billing.

    These options are designed to make coaching more accessible while maintaining the structure and consistency that support meaningful progress.

  • Because coaching involves preparation, personalized support, and dedicated time…all sales are final.

    Refunds are not available except where legally required.

    This policy helps ensure a consistent, supportive experience for every client.

  • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

    Consistency is an important part of the coaching process, and this policy helps protect your time, your progress, and the integrity of the work we do together.

  • Payment plans reflect a commitment to the full duration of the program.

    If you choose to conclude coaching early, remaining payments will still be due, as outlined in your agreement.

    This approach supports fairness, honors the structure of the coaching environment, and respects the time and preparation dedicated to your journey.

  • Mountain Awakening gift certificates may be applied toward any available coaching journey.

    After receiving a gift certificate, the recipient is invited to begin with a brief conversation to determine the most supportive next step.

    Gift certificates are delivered digitally, do not expire, and are non-refundable. They have no cash value and may be applied only toward eligible services.
